This notice is provided by Lovajans (LOVA) as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors of lovajans.com and people who contact us about how their personal data is processed.

- Usage data (only with your consent): anonymous visit statistics collected through Google Analytics cookies.

4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the website contact form, email, WhatsApp and cookies, based on Article 5 of the KVKK: steps prior to establishing a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations and, for analytics cookies, your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of personal data
Your data may be shared, only to the extent necessary for the purposes above, with our hosting and email service providers (including Google Workspace) and, if you accept analytics cookies, with Google LLC. Some of these providers may store data abroad; such transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may also be shared with authorised public institutions when legally required.
6. Retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as required for the purpose of processing and the periods set out in the legislation, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom data is transferred, to request correction or deletion, to object to results arising from automated analysis and to claim compensation for damages.
